The Congress is a premier global convening dedicated exclusively to advancing science, care, research, health systems, and policy for sickle cell disease and other inherited blood disorders worldwide. This dedicated space provides an opportunity to showcase innovative products, services, and technologies to laboratory and clinical professionals engaged in advancing diagnostics, therapeutics, and care delivery.
Designed to accommodate a range of needs and maximize presence at the exhibition, exhibitors at GANSID Congress 2026 can select their preferred booth type and size, either Space-Only Peninsula or Island booths, or Shell Scheme/Modular Booths.

Space-Only Booths Eligibility and Requirements:
- Space-Only booths are only permitted in designated areas of the floor.
- Official measurement unit: square meters (m²).
- All booths must be ordered in 3 m x 3 m increments.
- Minimum size for space-only booths is 18 m².
- Space-Only booth is 18 m² to 54 m²
- Companies purchasing a Presentation Theatre must also have at least an 18 m² exhibition space.
Shell Scheme Eligibility and Requirements:
- Shell scheme booths are permitted in designated areas of the floor.
- Shell scheme booths are required for any space under 18 m².
- All booths are built in 3 m x 3 m increments.
- Multiple units can be combined to create larger spaces.
- The provided structure cannot be altered or removed.

The Congress offers VIP meeting suites on the Exhibition Floor, providing an exclusive opportunity for industry partners to hold executive meetings, investigator discussions, and confidential partner engagements directly with attendees in a private space that maximizes brand exposure and enables meaningful connections.

Press Registration – GANSID Congress 2026
We welcome professional journalists, reporters, videographers, and freelance contributors from reputable media outlets to apply for press registration for the GANSID Congress 2026. Complimentary press registration is limited to two representatives per outlet, and any accompanying videographers must also register as press.
Please allow up to three business days for your registration request to be reviewed. The media team will follow up via email with confirmation and next steps. Completion of the registration form does not guarantee approval, as all requests are reviewed to ensure alignment with our standards for professional and responsible reporting.

We are thrilled to announce a dedicated Knowledge & Publication Showcase at the upcoming GANSID Congress 2026. This special zone is designed to celebrate and share the incredible wealth of knowledge, research, and lived experiences within the global inherited blood disorders community.
The GANSID warmly invites all faculty members, delegates, researchers, and patient advocates to submit requests to display their authored or co-authored publications.
We are seeking a diverse range of materials to feature at the event, including but not limited to:

- Delegate Exclusivity: This display zone is a special platform reserved strictly for publications authored or co-authored by registered Congress delegates.

Dear Colleagues, Advocates, and Friends,
While data, research, and clinical trials drive our medical advancements, it is the human story that drives our purpose.
As we prepare for the historic first in-person 4th International GANSID Congress (October 23–25, 2026, at the HICC in Hyderabad, India), we are thrilled to announce a brand-new photographic feature in our exhibition hall: “Through the Lens: The GANSID Inherited Blood Disorders Photography Exhibition.”
We invite all registered delegates—clinicians, researchers, patients, and advocates—to submit their original photographs. This exhibition will serve as a visual narrative of our global community, bridging the gap between the microscopic science of inherited blood disorders and the macro reality of living with them.
Exhibition Categories
We are accepting photographic submissions across three distinct categories:
- The Microscopic Canvas (Clinical & Scientific): High-resolution, striking microscopic images of blood smears, cellular structures, lab environments, or scientific phenomena related to sickle cell disease and thalassemia. Show us the art hidden within the science.
- Faces of Resilience (The Human Experience): Powerful portraits or candid captures of patients, thrivers, and caregivers. These images should reflect the courage, daily realities, and triumphs of those living with inherited blood disorders. (Note: Documented patient consent is required for this category).
- Advocacy in Action (Community & Care): Dynamic photos capturing the spirit of our global movement—screening camps, community walks, clinical care moments, or educational outreach happening in your local region.
Why Participate?
- Global Showcase: Your photography will be professionally mounted, and displayed in the main exhibition hall, viewed by hundreds of international delegates.
- People’s Choice Award: Attendees at the Congress in Hyderabad will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite images in each category. Winners will be recognized during the closing ceremony and featured on the GANSID website.
Submission Guidelines
- Eligibility: Open to all registered delegates of the 4th GANSID Congress.
- Format: Submit high-resolution digital files (JPEG or PNG, minimum 300 dpi) along with a short, 50-word caption explaining the story behind the image.
If submission is accepted, you will be required to print and bring along to the Congress your framed photograph (not smaller than 11” by 17” and not larger than 18’’ by 24’’) for display. Note that unframed photographs will not be displayed.
Limit: Maximum of two (2) photo submissions per delegate.
Deadline: Please upload your entries via the link below no later than Friday, September 18, 2026.
