Preparing your Research

Please review the following requirements carefully before submitting:

• Research project must be written in English.
• Maximum word count: 250 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
• Research project must include the following sections: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results or Expected Findings, Conclusion or Relevance.
• Research project must be submitted through the official submission portal.
• Submissions may include one chart or one table.
• Encore research previously presented at other scientific meetings or congresses is welcome. Encore submissions must remain scientifically relevant and may include updated analyses, additional data, or expanded findings where applicable. Authors are required to disclose prior presentation(s) during submission, including the name and date of the meeting where the abstract was originally presented.
• The presenting author(s) must register for the Congress and be available to present in person during the assigned session.
• Authors may be listed on multiple research submissions; however, each submission must represent distinct work.
• All research projects must meet appropriate ethical standards for human and/or animal studies.
• GANSID reserves the right to decline research that does not meet standards for quality, originality, or ethics.

Important Note: If your research is accepted, the presenting author must be available to present in person at the 4th International GANSID Congress 2026 during the assigned session. Please note that GANSID will not provide travel grants for presenters. All accepted presenters are responsible for their own registration, travel, accommodation, visa arrangements, and any other associated expenses.
