Ellis Westwood

Ellis lead the Stakeholder Engagement team at Canadian Blood Services, connecting with,
listening to, and collaborating with patients, clinicians, researchers, and communities. He is a
multiple winner of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) Project of the
Year in Canada and a leading expert in participatory decision-making. He has a Master’s
Degree in Public Policy from Carleton University.
