Dr. Suman Jain serves as the Chief Medical Research Officer and Secretary at the Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society (TSCS) in Hyderabad, India. She holds an MBBS degree from Calcutta University and a Diploma in Child Health from Mumbai, specializing in the management of thalassemia and sickle cell disease. At TSCS, Dr. Jain leads a multidisciplinary team providing free consultations, transfusions, counseling, diagnostics, and comprehensive patient support programs.
She has overseen numerous clinical trials exploring innovative treatments, including stem cell transplantation, and remains committed to advancing research that transforms patient care. Dr. Jain’s contributions have been recognized by prestigious organizations such as the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the American Leprosy Mission.
