Dr Dipty Jain is the former Chair, Dept of Pediatrics at Government Medical College, Nagpur. She is also the chairman task force, Elimination of Sickle Cell Disease.
Dr. Dipty is an eminent researcher and is currently working at the Department of Pediatrics, Indira Gandhi Government Medical College and Mayo Hospital, Nagpur, India. She has many publications and her area of expertise is Sickle cell disease; Resource-poor countries; Clinical heterogeneity; Challenges in diagnosis; and Prevention
Dr. Jain has four decades of clinical experience working with inherited blood disorders.
