The Global Action Network for Sickle Cell & Other Inherited Blood Disorders (GANSID) launched on April 6, 2023, is seeking trainers and mentors to support GANSID’s objective of building capacity among hereditary blood disorders (HBD) patient organizations through training and mentorship activities.
The program intends to help GANSID’s member organizations develop their capacities based on best practices, in areas such as governance and leadership, fundraising, volunteer management, program delivery, and stakeholder relations.
This program, utilizing a regional lens will be offered to GANSID’s members regardless of where they operate in the world. As a mentor or trainer, you must demonstrate a strong background in working with and/or developing programs (including training programs) for patient organizations.
